Informative report ex art. 10 law n. 196/2003
The personal data required and acquired are treated in compliance with the law n. 196/2003 by Vemarhelmets. The information confered by the concerned are treated with manual, informatic and telematic, procedures. The personal data collected in this occasion will be used by the owner society of this website exclusively for the internal elaborations and for the mailing and the divulgation of informative material. They won't be comunicated or diffused to a third party; According to the art 7 of the D.Lgs. n.196/2003, the concerned could obtain at anytime all the information concerning their personal data processing, besides they could exercise the right of: A- the confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, the comunication of the personal data in an understandable form and the origin of their achievement; B- the cancellation of his/her personal data within a congruos term, their transformation in anonymous form; C- the updating of the data, their amendment or, whenever interested, their integration. I take note of the norms which tutelage the privacy contained in the law n. 196/2003 and which are reported in the informative report and I agree to my personal data processing for the aims indicated by Vemarhelmets.
